Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we might not be able to make changes. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

If you're still not happy, you can return the product within the 60-day window. Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

All Reviia orders are carefully packaged to protect your products during shipping. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing a clear photo of the damage to contact@reviia.com.

Please note:

-Minor damage to outer packaging (like bent boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself is intact.

-We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or normal use.

-Approved replacements will be sent at no extra cost.


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it leaves our hands, we rely on third-party couriers. We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or packages that are lost or stolen during transit. If there’s a delivery issue, please contact the shipping provider first.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If you made a mistake, email us within 24 hours to fix it. If we’re not informed in that time, we can't guarantee a refund or replacement.
