At Reviia, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the world. Because smooth skin should never come with shipping stress.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to carefully process and dispatch it. This means your order is being prepared, packed, and handed off to our courier. During busy seasons and holidays, this timeline may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your package has been dispatched. Here are general estimates based on region:
🇺🇸 United States: 7–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 6–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 3–8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
Other International: 7–21 business days
Please keep in mind that customs processing, holidays, or courier delays can affect final delivery times. If there are unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
To avoid any delays, make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If something looks off, we may reach out by email to confirm your information. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we may cancel the order to prevent further issues.
Need to update your address? Email us at contact@reviia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll try to catch it in time, we can’t guarantee address changes after that window.
Delivery Delays
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we ship as quickly as possible, there may be delays beyond our control, such as:

If something’s holding up your package, we’ll keep you in the loop. Just know that once a package is handed to the carrier, it's in their hands — but we’re always here to help if needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but didn’t arrive, or it goes missing in transit, contact us at contact@reviia.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. We also recommend reaching out to the courier directly to start a claim.
Please note that Reviia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed off to the courier. However, we’ll do everything we can to assist. In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation.
If the courier cannot locate the package, we also suggest filing a police report if you suspect theft.
